The National Federation of Group Water Schemes (NFGWS) is delighted to announce that the Rural Water Services Conference will take place this year in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone on Thursday, 7th September 2023.

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Embracing Change – Opportunities and Challenges for the GWS Sector’. It is once again being organised by the NFGWS in association with the Local Authority Services National Training Group (LASNTG).

A range of experts from throughout the sector will be speaking on key areas, including Policy and Funding for the Rural Water Sector, Protecting Water - Source Catchment to Consumer Tap, and the importance of participation in the GWS sector. The full line-up of speakers is listed below.
